Disclosure: This guide is published by Pure Blue, a supplement seller. It does not establish that Quantum Vitality produces a clinical benefit.

The name Quantum Vitality is a starting point for identifying a product, not a complete formula. Compare the current paid product listing with the exact package, including its lot information. A promotional or free-item listing may describe a different offer; do not substitute its terms or directions.

Keep each amount attached to its serving

Copy the serving size, ingredient form, amount and unit together. Record whether a number applies to an individual ingredient or a blend. Milligrams and micrograms differ by a factor of 1,000; a unit conflict requires clarification rather than an assumed correction.

The FDA supplement-labeling guide permits proprietary blends to disclose a total amount without each component's amount. Do not assign the whole blend weight to one ingredient or reconstruct missing amounts from the order of names.

A Daily Value is not a personal safety limit

Percent Daily Value is a labeling reference, not a guarantee that an amount is suitable for you. This guide does not recommend a universal percentage range or treat high amounts of vitamins B12, C or D as automatically safe. Nutrient-specific limits, sources counted toward them, medicines and individual circumstances need separate review.

The NIH supplement overview explains that supplements can have adverse effects and interact with medicines. Bring the complete formula and other products you use to a pharmacist or clinician. Ask which overlaps, forms or amounts matter in your case; do not use the front label to diagnose a deficiency.

Resolve a mismatch before using it

If the listing and package disagree, keep photos of both and ask the seller to identify the version supplied. Ask the pharmacist or clinician to resolve any use question before taking it. Neither a web listing nor a printed panel should automatically overrule an unexplained conflict.

Keep research separate from the label

An ingredient study cannot establish effectiveness or long-term safety for a different finished mixture. Our NAD evidence guide explains why compound and measurement matter. A testing document also has a limited sample and scope; use the purity-report guide to organize questions without treating a report as proof of benefit.
